Privacy Policy

When you describe your idea, sign in, or book a call, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email, practice name and type, and anything you write about your project. If your practice launches with Ava, your trained AI receptionist, we also process the FAQs, hours, and service details you provide to configure her.

We collect basic usage data automatically — pages visited, referring source, and device type — to understand how people find and use the site.

• To respond to your intake request and scope your build.
• To configure and improve Ava's responses for your practice.
• To send you build updates, invoices, and support messages.
• To understand aggregate trends and improve the site.

Conversations between your patients and Ava are used solely to answer their questions and, on Complete-tier builds, to manage appointment booking. We do not sell conversation data, and we do not use one practice's patient conversations to train another practice's receptionist.

We don't sell your data. We share information only with the infrastructure providers that host your site and power Ava (such as hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed to operate the service — or when required by law.

We retain project and account information for as long as your site or Ava subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal records. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your build.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you or your practice at any time by emailing privacy@drempel.app.

We use a minimal set of cookies for essential site function and lightweight analytics. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, for active clients, let you know directly.
